Decanal, also known as capraldehyde or decyl aldehyde, is a natural fatty aldehyde flavor widely found in lemons, oranges, citrus, roses and other natural plants. Our decanal has a purity of ≥98%, complying with EU natural flavor standards, with pure aroma and no off-flavors, and is one of the most widely used varieties in aldehyde flavors.
As an important aldehyde flavor intermediate, decanal can be used to synthesize various ester flavors, and is also a key fragrance raw material in food, cosmetic and tobacco industries.
